Ces hommes ont pendant une dizaine d'année comploté la destruction de l'Allemagne en tant que première phase d'un projet d'asseoir leur très anglo-saxonne domination sur le monde. L'assassinat de l'archiduc François-Ferdinand d'Autriche ne doit absolument rien à un hasard malheureux. Il a mis le feu à une traînée de poudre qui avait été soigneusement répandue selon les ordres d'une chaîne de commandement qui s'étendait de cette cabale londonienne à Sarajevo, en passant par Belgrade, Saint-Pétersbourg et Paris.
